Information About Purchasing Fine Art

About Purchasing Art Online

Artwork looks different on a computer screen than it does in person. Colors especially may vary.

Even though this is all 2-D art, hand-pulled prints and paintings have texture in the ink and paint and there might be irregularities in paper and canvas. That's what makes it special.

Please feel free to contact me ahead of time if you have any questions about the artwork you are considering.

Returns:

Of course, I hope you love your art, but if you wish to return it, you have 14 days from the date it is shipped to send it back for a full refund.

You will need to use the original packaging and pay your own return shipping costs. When I receive the artwork in good condition, I will refund your money through the payment system you used in the first place.

Damaged Artwork:

I take a lot of care when I pack my boxes, so hopefully you receive your artwork in good condition.

If this is not the case, please photograph the damage and contact me. There are several things we can do:

Unframed prints are shipped on a firm backboard. If that bends or rips, the artwork with it is probably fine. If not, I will either refund your money or send you a replacement.

If a painting is damaged, you will receive a refund once the damaged piece is returned to me. I will also pay for the return shipping fee.
